La Roo's House of Pancakes

I'm an old ex-hippy that missed his era. I love the life that has been given me and all the individuals in my life espcially my dog Ruth. Music to me is the heartbeat of my father above in heaven. Every woman on planet earth are my muse. This is me just all haning out for you to get to know. I have been needing a face lift on my site now for years and here we go... Come on and see my site to boot. http://laroo.us

Name:
Location: Tallahassee, Florida, United States

There isn't much to say when it comes to me, if you don't know me you won't if you do know me you probably wish you didn't... I try my best to be my best and in that I don't steal, cheat, or kill... I would say I don't lie but then that would be one of those lies. I tell lies to make people feel better and somethings to make me feel better.

Nothing but high prices

Tallahassee. Florida the state capital is and has been a place that lacked culture. I thought for 30 years it was because we were one of those places that didn't have large salaries due mostly in part to the 2 Universities, 1 Technical school and 1 Jr. College so full of students looking to pay for their living expenses or work as part of their class experience. Normal individuals that aren't students here in this great capital of the state almost don't have a chance to land a good job because students will work for half of what a career minded person wants or needs for rent and food.

The other day I was told that the Blue Guy Group was in town and I really wanted to see them. If you don't know who they are they started off doing commercials for a computer company but now they have a real neat mime type show. I called the radio station NPR and was told that a package was $250.00 and you got 2 tickets and a CD but I then called the Civics Center where they will be playing at and the cheap tickets are 60 bucks and the good seats are 80 bucks.

Now I am disabled and on a fixed income and I own a dog that I adopted from sure death that eats up my extra cash fixing her so I won't be seeing this incredible group of blue folks.

I then heard about these Tibet Monks creating a Mandala at our Brogan Museum and all events are in the evening and it costs 20 bucks to see them build a sand painting.

I'm trying to figure out how to have a little fun but this town and the world around me costs to much. Now our taxes built the building and now I have to pay 20 bucks to watch monks throw sand on the floor of the building, Hell I think they should pay us for dirtying our museum floor. J

Oh well 20 bucks is better than 60 or 80 dollars for a mime show but I won't be doing either. I will be doing what the world wants me to do and that is stay at home and out of the sight of healthy people. No money, no fun….

Peace Out
